Wednesday Workout!
If you havent touched a ball in the last couple of days, it needs to happen today. Even though they can get a little monotonous, the individual ball control reps are very important right now and about the only way you will be able to keep our touch up and ready for when we get back to competitions.
Vball x 60 minutes
1 circuit routine + skip jog pattern
repeat the circuit 3x
Circuit - weighted or body weight (16Elite should be weighted)
Sumo squat x 20
Single leg pendulum x 20
Single leg balance, single arm overhead press x20
Inchworm x 10 in place, out and back
Use your 50 step marker
skip out, walk back, skip out, walk back
backward skip out, walk back, backward skip out, walk back
skip out, walk back, skip out, walk back
backward skip out, backward walk back, backward skip out, backward walk back
10-20 minute backward walk around the neighborhood for cool down
