Each year we have our top club coaches and players instructing in our summer camps. Our club director, former top ten ranked player in womens division I volleyball, 2 players currently playing on the #3 ranked division I team in the country, multiple professional and collegiate players and coaches, a former chinese national team setter, and our top travel team club players.
Summer Training - Camps - and Fall Club Tryouts are approaching!!
Our summer session for 2018:
starting date: July 3rd
end date: August 23rd
8 weeks - 2 days a week +bonus beach day & indoor camp
Tuesdays and Thursdays 90 minute & 120 minute sessions 5pm-8:30pm. Split into 2 groups according to age, skill level and experience.
High school age players 120 minutes. Middle school and younger 90 minutes.
+free day of beach play! Coaches will head down on Wednesdays for their own beach training and be bringing extra lines and vballs for all those who can make their way to the beach to play! 9am-12noon. Players can come and go as they please on Wednesdays!
Our summer session includes but is not limited to:
All fundamental technical volleyball skills
Advanced technical skills depending on group
SAQ drills (speed - agility - quickness)
Intro to weight training
Sand court movement and skill work
Nutritional guidance with 2 certified sports nutritionists
Kinetic awareness, balance and proprioception training

Our 1 week summer camp is a crash course in all of our great training techniques! With the exception of weight training, we get in all the pieces of our summer training but in smaller blocks!

FALL TRAINING will be replacing our youth prep league! With so many returning players, and a new surge of players ready to really improve their personal skill sets on both the indoor court and the beach, we have progressed our fall session from youth prep league to Fall Training.
Our Fall Training group gives players the option of 1, 2, or 3 days a week of practice. And practice will include both hard court and sand court training with a players option to specialize / focus on one modality should they choose to. Each player will get an individualized training regimen, a complimentary session with our certified sports nutritionists, and the most advanced technical and physical training available in both indoor and beach volleyball.
Fall Training Session runs from September 5th through November 2nd with practice day options of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. 1,2, or 3 days a week. Contact us for more information and registration!
