Run - walk day !

Industry warmup

Bike ride or walk around the neighborhood for 20 minutes.

Find two markers on your street that are 50 steps apart.

Sprint between each marker, then walk back to the beginning to sprint again.

Sprint 50 steps, walk back, sprint again, walk back, sprint again, walk back, sprint again, walk back

Sprint 50 steps, walk back to beginning, then walk back to the end, sprint again. repeat 4 more times.

For players 13 and younger, stop here and walk around the neighborhood for at least a 10 minute cool down. For players 14 and older, repeat the second style again, then walk for at least 20 minutes for cool down.
