Industry Warmup
Walk / jog warmup - 10 minute walk followed by 10 minute easy jog for warmup
2 superset training routine - each super set should be done 2x through
Superset 1 (can be done with or without weight)
forward stepping lunge with reach and touch x20 each leg
ankle pop jump with super soft landing x20
sprint in place for 30 seconds
should width squat with timing pattern, 4 seconds down, 0 up
hand stand hold x30 seconds
30 minute walk for cooldown
