Summer Training & Club Tryouts
Hard Court, Sand Court, and fitness training that will help elevate your game to the next level. Coaches who have high school, collegiate and even professional level coaching experience and who have played at the Division I and professional levels of competition. Two certified sports nutritionists, two coaches currently competing for #3 ranked Hawaii, and a coach who was ranked top 20 as a hitter indoor at the Division I level for back to back seasons. Our staff is unrivaled in diversity, knowledge and experience and can help any level of player create a path to their peak potential.

2 days a week hard court training
1 day a week sand court training

Session starts July 3rd and ends August 23rd. 8 weeks of training!
Training groups will be organized by experience and/or age.
Training will run Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with optional days available. Each session will be approximately 90-120 minutes depending on age group and will include:
Functional movement warmup
Volleyball Skill work
Game strategy instruction
Example of a typical training session:
players arrive 15-20 minutes early for pre-programed warm up routine
10 minutes balance & coordination
15-20 minutes SAQ and/or plyometric training
60-75 minutes volleyball skill training
15 minutes specific cool down stretch routine
We have been offering this type of program for the past 16 years and have seen the results from the players who take it seriously and it has been amazing! It has been such a tremendous benefit we have started offering a percentage of the summer fees back to players to help with club dues since great player progression helps both players and club.

Our 1 week summer camp is a crash course in all of our great training techniques! With the exception of weight training and beach, we get in all the pieces of our summer training but in smaller blocks!
$150 for U13 session
$180 for older players

Pre-Tryout Clinics and Training sessions
Athletic Advancement Training
Includes entry level concepts and training in plyometrics, core, speed, agility, balance and power.
Volleyball Skills Clinic
Includes instruction and technical breakdown on all fundamental skills. Advanced skills, offensive and defensive strategies for experienced players.
First Clinic is complimentary!
Clinics $30 per clinic or $75 for all 4.

Players need to arrive 15 minutes early to warmup and complete their player profile and waiver!
Attending pre-tryout clinics is the best way to experience our instruction and training pre-tryout and will give players an early idea of what team they would potentially be playing on!
